I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
Please go to the login page to reset your password. Enter your email address and then click “Forgot Password”. If we are able to match your email to an account, we will send you an email with password reset instructions.
When I try to log in, I get an error saying “Unrecognized email or password.”
You provided your username and password when you signed up for a course for the first time. If you cannot remember your password, perform a password reset. If you cannot remember the email you used to sign up with, please contact technical support for assistance.


My payment is not working, what do I do?

For individual registrants, we accept major credit cards through our online payment system only. Our payment system does not accept debit or Interac, including Visa and MasterCard debit cards. We do not accept cash, cheque, EFT or Interac E-transfers.

If your credit card that rejected during payment, please refer to the error message shown on the form. It will usually indicate what the problem is, and to contact your bank if necessary.

For large group registrations, please contact us for payment arrangements.


I need more help, who should I contact?
  • Questions regarding your assignments or the course content can be sent to your assigned faculty mentor. Their name and contact info are listed on the course page in your learning centre.
  • Problems using the website, including accessing your account or the course content can be directed to technical support.
  • All other inquiries including questions about eligibility, registration, CE credits and certification can be directed to our general contact email.
